  • 1 cup mixed microgreens (sunflower, pea, and kale or other of your choice)
  • 1 banana (frozen works best)
  • 1 apple (sliced)
  • 12 oz coconut water or plain water


  • Blend in a blender until smooth.
  • This drink can be stored for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator, shake and drink.
