Microgreen & Egg Toast with Romesco Dip

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice bread(toasted)
  • 1 tbsp romesco dip
  • 1 handful microgreens


  • Toast a slice of your favorite bread and set it aside
  • Cook an egg sunny side up for about 2 minutes and place on top of your toast.
  • Season egg with salt and pepper. Spread the romesco dip on top of the egg. Then top your egg with microgreens. Enjoy!
