How does your microgreen delivery service work?

Its Simple. You choose what microgreens you want and often you want them delivered. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. Once you have completed order, we will add your microgreens to the planting schedule and email you your delivery date along with access to any features associated with your chosen plan.

Can I change my choices or skip a delivery?

Yes, you can change your microgreen choices at any time. Please be aware it could take up to 3 weeks to receive the new microgreen delivery depending on the type of microgreen to pick. You will receive instructions on how to change your order in your initial set up email. You can also pause your delivery at any time if you are going to be out of town.

Do you plan to add more microgreen varieties?

Yes, we currently have 12 different microgreen products available with more on the way. We are also open to suggestions for our customer on what microgreens they would like to see us add.

How many times a week do you deliver?

We deliver once a week. Our deliveries are normally on Saturday mornings between 7 – 11AM. We do plan to add an additional delivery date and possibly extend our delivery window as we open our services to other areas.

What is the Sampler’s Club?

Our Sampler’s Club is a group of members that receive free samples of all our new products during our test grow phases. We use the feedback from these members to guide us on what new microgreens we should possibly add to our offering.

How do join the Sampler’s Club?

Weekly Subscribers are automatically added at signup. Our Bi-weekly customers are automatically added after 3 months of service and the Monthly subscribers are added after 6 months of service.
